He is survived by: his wife Gail Rollins-Summerset; his children, Jamie Summerset-Kelly (Marqueris) of Waynesboro, Georgia, Sherria Chafen of Snellville, Georgia, Robert Edmond (Kristie) of Warner Robins and Willie Chafen (Anna) of Lilburn, Georgia; his mother Louise Summerset of Rochester; and his siblings, Lolita Summerset-Johnson of Douglasville, Tarsha Summerset of Vidalia, Georgia and Bishop Theotis Summerset (Elder Kay) of Vidalia, GA. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great- nephews, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vincent R. Drummer Funeral Home (211 W Liberty Ave, Lyons, GA 30436). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Guiding Light Worship Center (390 S Washington St, Mt Vernon, GA 30445).
