It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susie Lee Durden Watkins of Adrian, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tee Durden and Mattie Lou Toler Durden; her husband Grover Rabon Watkins; her sons, Charles Wesley Watkins and Willie Lee Watkins; her siblings, Ollie Mae Blaxton, Katie Pearl Sellers, Tommy Durden, Mark Durden and Frank Durden; and her grandson Mitchell Watkins.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie Rabon Watkins (Annette) of Adrian, GA, G. C. Watkins (Shirley) of Forsyth, GA and Ann Beck (Bill) of Adrian, GA; her daughter-in-law Angie Watkins of Adrian, GA; and her sisters, Versie Coleman of Swainsboro, GA, Rosie Stevens of Milledgeville, GA and Vera Brightwell of Swainsboro, GA. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty four great grandchildren, twenty one great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
