He is survived by: his wife Mary Katherine Thompson of Adrian, GA; his children, Freida Thompson Orsbon of Nashville, TN, Bruce Thompson (Sandy) of Cookeville, TN, Wanda Thompson Greene (Ricky) of Nashville, TN and Tommy Thompson (Carol) of High Point, NC; his siblings, Marvin Thompson (Willett), Doris Peace of Adrian, GA and Carl Thompson (Molline) of East Dublin, GA; and his cousin Herschel Roland of Opelika, AL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
