He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy Foskey and Iris Christine Mimbs Foskey; and his brother Donald Foskey. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lumley Foskey of Adrian, GA; his sons, Lee Foskey (Rachel) of Cochran, GA and Kyle Foskey (Stephanie) of Soperton, GA; his brothers, Ronald Foskey (David Barfield) of Donalsonville, GA and Kenneth Foskey of Adrian, GA; and his grandchildren, Brock, Caleb, Hayden, Lola Jo, Amelia, Beau and Raven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
