He is survived by: his wife Kay Mimbs Webb of Adrian; his children, Melanie Maxwell (Jake) of Savannah, Geri Cowart Eckardt (Brandon) of Des Moines, Chris Webb of Rome, Jason Webb of Swainsboro and Ray Cowart, II (Rhonda) of Wyoming; and his sisters, Margaret R. Zematis (Mike) of Olive Branch, MS., Sandra Webb of Swainsboro and Becky Williams Rutherford of Norristown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and many friends.
