He was predeceased by: his parents, Grable Lee Foskey and Mary Lou Willis Foskey; and his son-in-law Ralph Hackle. He is survived by: his wife Polly Ricks Foskey of Adrian; his daughters, Jean Foskey Hackle and Candace Foskey; his grandsons, Brian Hackle of Adrian and Justin Hackle of Adrian; and his sister Wynola "Sis" Ely.
