He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Webb of Adel; his children, Kenneth Youmans of Adel, William Webb of Adel and Nicole Webb Riggins of Adel; his granddaughters, Haley Webb of Adel and Audrey Connell of Adel; his siblings, Wayne Webb of Cairo, Marvin Webb of Adel and Vicki Webb (Faithe Wempen) of Indianapolis, Indiana; his parents-in-law, Richard and Sharon Harris of Nashville; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Boyd of Nashville, Wilma Scott (Chris) of Virginia, Jennifer Gibbs (Ric) of Douglas, Holly Whitley (Tommy) of Alapaha and Tony Boyd of Nashville; his grandchildren, Makayla, Sam of Fl, Isabella of Adel, Brielle of Sparks and Francis of Lenox; and his stepfather Lucio Rodriguez of Lenox. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
