He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elbert Allgood and Cathryn Marie Cleveland Allgood; and his son Brandon Lee Allgood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Allgood of Adel; his children, Tammie Bobo of Sparks, Georgia, Todd (Becky Allgood) and Thomas Jr. (Stephanie Allgood); his grandchildren, Brandon, Hannah Bobo of Nashville, Aiden Allgood of Adel, Thomas Allgood III of Adel, Jack Allgood of Adel and AnneMarie Allgood of Adel; his sister Peggy; and his brother-in-law Jerry Yeargin of Elberton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Springhead Baptist Church (1102 Springhead Church Rd, Adel, GA 31620). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Springhead Church Cemetery.
