He was predeceased by: his father William Dennis O'Neill. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Bradford O'Neill of Adel; his sisters-in-law, Iris Thomas of Adel, Doris Smith of Adel and Betty Maloney of Hahira; and his nieces and nephews, Ricky of Adel, Tammy Stalvey of Adel, Dale of Adel, David Teets of Adel, Cydney, Trooper Teipel of Macon, Jill, Ray Sistino of Western Springs, Louie Maloney of Valdosta, Georgia and Tonya Hill of Gastonia.
