He was predeceased by: his father William Jessi Rowan, Jr.; and his wife Barbara Hamner Rowan. He is survived by: his children, Christie Folsom (Lee) of Adel and Christopher Michael Rowan (Casey) of Lumpkin, GA.; his grandchildren, Ty Rowan of Lumpkin, Daylin Rowan of Lumpkin, Grant Folsom of Adel and Thad Folsom of Adel; and his sister Jean Benischek (Larry) of Downers Grove, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
