He was predeceased by: his father Robert E. Whitlock, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Roger Woodard. He is survived by: his mother Therese Whitlock of Mesa, AZ; his wife Pamela Storey Whitlock of Adel, GA; his children, Robert E. Whitlock III (Anne) of Jacksonville, FL, Brandy Whitlock of Baltimore, MD and Teresa Ottersen (Steve) of Kenosha, WI; his grandchildren, Brittni (Donny), Brandon, Ashley, Nicholas, Matthew and Caleb; his great grandchildren, Brice and Anna; his siblings, Jeanette Woodard, William Whitlock and Mary Navulis (Steve); and his friend Bill Allie. He is also survived by aunts, an uncle, a niece, nephew, many cousins.
