He was predeceased by: his brother Don Grimsley. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Thomas Grimsley of Adel; his children, Heather Grimsley of Atlanta and Nicole Grimsley Metzheiser (Neil Metzheiser) of Atlanta; his grandchildren, Phillip Metzheiser of Atlanta, Henry Metzheiser of Atlanta and John Metzheiser of Atlanta; his stepchildren, Will Kelley (Katie Kelley) of Adel, Leslie Patrick (Michael Patrick) of Lavonia, GA. and Lora Young (Austin Young) of Adel; his stepgrandchildren, Anna Kelley, Allie Kelley, Ensley Patrick and Abel Young; his sister Kaye Helms (Dale Helms) of Cairo; and his nephews, Gregg Grimsley, Felix Grimsley, Garrett Grimsley, Dee Helms and Jon Helms.
