He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Willard Fulp and Gladys Sue Taylor Fulp; and his sister Sue Wall. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hart Fulp of Adel; his children, Scotty Fulp of Adel, Jamie (Sonya Fulp) and Sharon; his son-in-law Tony Barker of Hahira, Georgia; his grandchildren, Alaina Fulp of Athens, Georgia, Caleb Fulp of St. Mary's, Georgia, Chase Barker of Hahira, Caden Barker of Hahira, Ashton Fulp of Tifton, Will Fulp of Tifton and Reagan Fulp of Tifton; and his brother Larry Fulp of Adel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
