She is survived by: her husband Vernon Alton Purvis of Lenox; her children, Steve Purvis (Dale) of Lenox, Tony Purvis (Pam) of Adel and Sheri Purvis of Lenox; her grandchildren, Tiffany Purvis, Tony Purvis (Amanda), Allen Purvis, Dusty Purvis and Jamey Purvis (Cassie); her great grandchildren, Madi Murray, Emma Grace Morton, Taylor Hagood, Kelsie Hagood, John David Taylor, Aiden Bristol, Mara Purvis, Cooper Purvis and Tucker Purvis; and her siblings, Betty Gandy (Homer), Edward Hayes (Roxanne), Billy Hayes (Beverly), Felton Hayes (Judy) and Angel Hayes. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
