We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2023, at the age of 76, Linda K. Prentice of Adel, Georgia, born in Rockford, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Schwengels and Lucille K. Swanson Schwengels; and her siblings, Fred, Bradley, Larry Schwengels, Betty Taylor, Carol Flood and Nancy Radloff.

She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Prentice; her sisters, Bonnie Cosgrove (Daryl) of Beloit, Wis and Janet Kamholtz of Rockford; and her siblings-in-law, George (Esther Prentice) and Peggy (Jerry Gavin). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many friends.
