He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Staten "C. S." Howell and Myrtice Orilla Flowers Howell; his wife Irma Lee Thomas Howell; his granddaughter Rebecca Parrish Tomlinson; and his sister Carolyn H. Brinson.
He is survived by: his son Bruce; his daughter-in-law Teresa Keene Howell; his daughter Teresa Howell Parrish of Adel; his grandchildren, Christopher of Adel, Crystal Howell of Adel, Whitney of Adel, Will Willis of Adel, Justin Parrish of Atlanta, Georgia and Heath Tomlinson of Adel; and his great grandchildren, Leyton Tomlinson of Adel, Reece Tomlinson of Adel, Bella Howell of Adel, Howell Willis of Adel and Tallie Rae Willis of Adel.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Antioch Church or to the charity of your choice.
