He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Joseph Mannion and Leona Cecilia Gardynik Mannion; and his sister Elaine Bailey. He is survived by: his brother James; his sister-in-law Sylvia Williamson of Dearborn; and his siblings, Dolores Barnes of Onsted, Barbara Scott of Westland, Patrick Mannion of Adel, Thomas Mannion of Dearborn Heights, Louise Proctor, Linda Edwards of Adel and Janice Howell of New Albany, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
