He is survived by: his parents, Mikki Baker Duncan (Brete) of Adel and Mickey Hedtke; his sons, Jeromy Hedtke, Jr. of Pensacola and Kyle Hedtke of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Eric Spells (Felisha) of Fitzgerald and Jaclyn Carter (Jason) of Ray City; and his nephew Caleb Spells.
