He was predeceased by:, Harland Ragland, Sr. of Washington and Estelle "Tommy" Thomas Ragland. He is survived by: his son Chris Ragland of Moultrie, Georgia; his grandchildren, Gavin and Jaden Ragland of Moultrie; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Karen Ragland of Adel; his sister Belinda; and his brother-in-law William Felts of Adel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
