He is survived by: his sons, Donnie Carl Stone and Micheal Stone; his stepchildren, Heather Forthsye, Buddy Wright and Bobby Joe Wright; and his siblings, Larry Stone, L. R. Stone, Tony Stone, Ludine Stalvey, Patricia Newbern and Teresa Hatcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
