She is survived by: her husband Earl Bristol of Adel; her children, Wayne Goff (Lynn) of Pavo, Louis Goff of Sparks, Chris Bristol of Ray City and Allan Bristol of Cecil; and her grandchildren, Tony Goff, Kathy Kelley, Ken Goff, Lorianne Wilson, Laci Chaney, Lyle Goff, Amber Fulghum, Amanda McDowell, Cameron Bristol, Kayla Matthews, Cody Bristol, Kimberly Bristol, Daphne Blaxton, Heather Bristol, Morgan Bristol and Kelci Wilkerson. She is also survived by 22 great grandchildren.
