She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Thurmond "Bob T" and Mary Viola Collins; her husband Jack Lawrence of Adel; and her siblings, Cecil W. Collins, James T. Collins, Robert Neal Collins and Hazel Collins Clary.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Lawrence Jr. (Rhonda) of Chatsworth, Bill Lawrence (Kim) of Jasper and Joe R. Lawrence (Rhonda) of Ball Ground; her grandchildren, Hali Lawrence, Sarah (Noah Brunk), Taylor Lawrence, Jenna Lawrence, Walker Lawrence and Will Lawrence; her great grandchildren, Shepherd and Ellis; and her sister Catherine Fortenberry of Ault, Colorado..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Betty's memory to the Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery Fund at 46 Choestoe Church Road; Blairsville, Georgia 30512.
