Adams; his daughter Debbie Herod (Rod); his grandchildren, Candice Forsyth (Matt), Savannah Wilson (Brad) and Matt Herod (Kesley); his great grandchildren, Lily Wilson, Jud Forsyth, Tate Forsyth, Levi Wilson and Ace Forsyth; his siblings, Mary Jon Boswell, Robert Adams (Paula) and Jeff Adams (Sherry); and his friend Billy Patrick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
