He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Dubois and Dorothy Dubois; his brothers, Morrison Dubois and Jerry Dubois; and his brother-in-law Cleveland Chouest, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Malessa Dubois; his children, Faith Allred (Buck) and Rick Nelson; his sisters, Jean Chouest, Charlene Romero (Ken) and Laura Guidry (Mike); and his godchildren, Jolyne D. Arceneaux, Maurice Dubois and Crystallynn Marie Chouest. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
