She is survived by: her daughters, Carie Chitwood of Cartersville and Windy Turner of Villa Rica; her siblings, Karen Munoz of Dallas, GA and Steve Blaylock of Dallas, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Marley, Zaeden and Avery.
