She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Smith and Nellie McDougle Smith; her husband Ray Creed; her daughter Susan; and her siblings, Ralph Smith, Bernice, Virginia, Joy, Lois and Betty.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Skeeta Moore; her siblings, Robert, Georgie and Willie; her grandchildren, Zachary, Gabriel, Sara and Samuel; and her great grandchild Bentley Dillon.
