He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Myrtle Louise Lawson Millsap; and his siblings, Dorthy Davids, Arron Millsap, Howard Millsap and Johnny Long.
He is survived by: his daughters, Maranda (Scott Hobbs) and Amy Millsap; his grandchildren, Austin Garcia, Christian Davis, Shane Davis, Brian Millsap, Cheyenne Patterson, Hunter Patterson, Tate Patterson and Michael Jones; his great grandchildren, Alex, Derek and Athna; and his siblings, Daniel Millsap, John Millsap, Betty Millsap, Ruth Leming, Lucille Millsap and Sue Carnes. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
