He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Whittington and Ruth W. Moone; his wife Bobbie Jo Whittington; and his brother John Whittington. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Lunsford (Alan) and Christopher Whittington, Sr. (Deborah); his grandsons, Christopher Whittington, Jr. and Benjamin Whittington; and his brothers, Don Whittington and Thomas Moone (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
