She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Rice and Florine Rice; her husband Billy Joe Mincey; her brothers, Delmer Rice, Ronnie Rice and Bernard Rice; and her son-in-law Michael Fletcher.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia A. Fletcher and Ken J. Mincey; her grandchildren, Christy Brown (Wesley), Suzanne Fletcher, Blake Mincey, Colby Mincey, Kirby Mincey and Tristan Mincey; her great grandchildren, Ryan Brown, Justin Brown and Hope Brown; and her great great grandchild Wrenley Mae Brown.
