She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Cowart and Alice Cowart; and her siblings, Jacqueline Cowart, A. B. Cowart, Lily Pratt, Grace Adcock, Alma Watson and Douglas Cowart.
She is survived by: her children, John Sewell (late Valarie Sewell), Beth Coleman, Connie Carver (Jesse) and Candi Moyer (Robert); her grandchildren, Brandon, Spencer Sewell, Kyle, Jariah Adcock, Jessica Mulkey and Kimmy Moyer; and her siblings, Caroline Cowart, Bobbie Wyatt, Patsy Vines, Sara Shuler, Marion Shook and Hughlon Cowart. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM and on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Parnick Jennings Funeral Home & Cremation Services (430 Cassville Rd, Cartersville, GA 30120).
