She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Ophelia Flemons (Reeves) and Grover Cleveland Flemons; and her brother Albert Melvin "Buddy" Flemons. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Edwin Carlton, Sr.; her children, Thomas Edwin Carlton, Jr. (Tabatha), Robert Michael Carlton (Renae) and Brian Wesley Carlton (Katie); her grandchildren, Taylor, Tess, Tarryn Carlton, Trevor (Ashlyn), Tristan Carlton, Ashlyn and Camden Carlton; her great grandchildren, Colt and Cash Carlton; her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Flemons (Derenda) and Linda Flemons; and her sister-in-law Brenda Flemons. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
