He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Williams and Jean West Williams; and his brother Charles Stuart Williams. He is survived by: his wife Lynn Williams; his children, April Lynn Abernathy (Kevin) and Robert Neal Williams (Tina); his grandchildren, Kaitlynn Millsapps, Michael Millsapps, Logan Abernathy, Jonas Abernathy and Beckham Bevelot; his great grandchild Ethan Millsapps; and his sisters, Julie Carver (Joe) and Laura Maiden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
