He is survived by: his wife Micaela Marin Banuelos of Adairsville, GA; his children, Heriberto of Jose, JR, Juan, Pascual, Irma, Rosy, Carmen and Silvia; and his siblings, Juan, Valentin and Maria. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
