He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Oscar O'Tinger and Pearlie Jewel Smith O'Tinger; his wife Hazel O'Tinger; and his daughter Lisa Ann Goggins. He is survived by: his children, Leslie O'Tinger (Connie), Larry O'Tinger, Michael O'Tinger (Brandi) and Christy O'Tinger; and his siblings, Charles O'Tinger, Douglas O'Tinger, Jeanette Petrey, Marie Wooten and Doris Cook. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren & 5 Great-Grandchildren.
