He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Tate (Karen), Melissa Tate, Jeri Tate Callahan, April Tate and Jessica Tate; his grandchildren, Dylan Tate, Emily Silvers, Dallas Tate, Denver Tate, Mitchell Hufstetler, Stormy Callahan, Cholie Silvers, James Hufstetler, Aleah Hufstetler, Taylor Mullins, Nathan Chastain and Matthew Hightower; and his siblings, Terry Tate, Pat Martin and Barbara Atkins (Frank). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
