He was predeceased by: his father Hershel "Tommy" Rowland Mr; and his brother-in-law Timmy Murray. He is survived by: his mother Mavis Croft Rowland; his wife Donna Rowland; his children, Erica Medrano (Carlos), Rodney Rowland (Kisha) and Jerod Rowland (Olivia Alvarez); his grandchildren, Jacob Medrano, Elizabeth Medrano, Savannah Rowland, Noah Rowland, Kamdyn Rowland and Emily Rowland; and his siblings, Patsy Murray, Pam Madison (Willie) and Rodger Rowland (Darene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
