It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerold Lamar Shaw of Adairsville, Georgia, who passed away on March 2, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. William Dudley and Hassie Elizabeth Shaw; his son Jerold Shaw II; his brothers, G. W. (Elizabeth Shaw), Ed Shaw, John Shaw and Bobby Shaw; and his brothers-in-law, McRae Williams and J. M. Wofford.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Shaw, Christine (Bill Daniels) and Barbara Shaw; his sisters, Frances Williams, Louise Wofford and Mary (Ernest Channel); and his sisters-in-law, Alice Shaw and Diane Shaw. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
