He is survived by: his wife Shawna Moore; his children, Taylor, Maddison (Shane) and Everett; his granddaughter Amellia; his father Harold Moore; and his sisters, Kim Moore and Kristy Beemiller (Britt). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
