He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry West and Mable Jo Fletcher West; and his grandson Alexander Prentice. He is survived by: his children, Keven, Sheri West, Regina Cochran, Tammy Prentice and Deron West; his friend Marie West; his siblings, Larry West, Glenda Kinsey and Diane Silvers; and his grandchildren, David Prentice, Bo Prentice, Elijah West, Dylan Cochran, Hope Loner and Haley West. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
