He is survived by: his wife Ruth Pelfrey Dale; his son Harold Dale (Cathy); his grandchildren, Matt, Shea Dale, Lacey and Jeff Burns; and his great grandchildren, Maddie Williams, Ella Burns, Valiah Carter and Zael Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
