He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvie Peek and Edna Moren Hill Peek; and his sister Joyce Leatherwood. He is survived by: his children, Joey Peek (Holly), Rita O'Neal (Tim) and Teresa Owens (David); the mother of his children Betty Davis; and his sister Carolyn Grimes. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and fifteen great-grandchildren.
