He was predeceased by: his parent Henry Blankenship; and his wife Jerelle Prather Moore. He is survived by: his parent Agnes Moore; his wife Katherine Mealor Moore; his children, Stacy Leigh Moore, Tina Jeffords (Roland), Melissa Diane Stephens and Chadwick Heath Moore (Gaithiri Siva); his sister Linda Brown; and his grandchildren, Lauren Lashley (Kyle), Katie Pack, Karli Medders (Austin), Delaney Aker, Asha Siva Moore, Matthew Callaway, Andrew Jeffords (Janet) and Zack Jeffords (Blake Mathis). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
