He was predeceased by: his parents, T. M. Godfrey and Elsie Stuart Godfrey; and his sister Joann Smith. He is survived by: his wife Eleanore Banghart Godfrey; his children, Debra Ann Godfrey (Mark Jolly) and Glenn Lee Godfrey; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Nicole Wallace, William Kyle Godfrey, Dalton Lee Godfrey and Blaine Fricks.
