He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Lipscomb and Posy Lipscomb; his wife Lois Lipscomb; his brother Tommy Lipscomb; and his son Timmy Lipscomb.
He is survived by: his children, Wanda Young, Steve Lipscomb, Nanci Davis, Donald Lipscomb and Shane Lipscomb; and his sisters, Grace Phillips, Juanita West and Marie Little. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren.
