He is survived by: his wife Monica; his children, Jeremy Dustin of Chatsworth, GA, Rachel Waliczek (David) of Wausau, WI, Thomas Dustin of Cartersville, GA, Eric Dustin (Jessica) of Euharlee, GA and Jesse Dustin of Adairsville, GA; his grandchildren, Ralyn Waliczek, Hannah Waliczek, Chelsea Babin, Aubrey Waliczek, Kaydence Dustin, Phoebe Dustin, Emerson Dustin and Ryland Dustin; his great grandchildren, Delilah Irizarry and Myla Irizarry; and his sisters, Katherine Stieber (Howard), Jamie Ziebell and Tracey Srock (Tracy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
