He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Martin and Josephine Reagan Martin; and his siblings, Rudy Martin, Herman Martin, Inez Highfield, Dixie Wheeler, Thelma Thacker and Geneva Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Chafin Martin; his children, Jarrett Martin (Kelly), Darrin Martin (Tonya), Stephanie Silvers (Shane), Machelle Gray (Patrick) and Lacrecia Clark (Robert); and his grandchildren, Hunter Martin (Millie), Blake Martin, Justin Martin (Roxanne), Amanda Martin, Carlee Silvers, Caylee Silvers (Kross), Stephen Williams (Hillery), Hanna Myers (Colby) and DJ Brookshire (Ashley). He is also survived by his twelve great-grandchildren.
