She is survived by: her husband Frank Smith; her children, Denise, Johnny Cooper, Mark, Donna Smith, Julia, Randy Pulliam, Greg, Kyle Smith and Karen Parker; and her sister Louise Joslin. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
