We are sad to announce that on May 10, 2021, at the age of 61, Barbara Payne of Adairsville, Georgia, born in Shreveport, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Parker and Naomi Wilson Parker. She is survived by: her husband Roy Thomas "Tommy" Payne; her sons, Robert (Brooke Morgan), Allen (Pam Morgan), Shane (Jada Swift) and Roy Jr. (Cathy Payne); her sister Charlotte; her brother-in-law Billy Tucker; and her sister Cathy Dominy. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
