With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Allen Raymond Hazelwood (Adairsville, Georgia), born in Cartersville, Georgia, who passed away on November 18, 2020 at the age of 60. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Raymond Hazelwood and Lila Arlene Pittman Hazelwood. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hazelwood; his children, Scooter (Megan Hazelwood), Amanda "Lucy" (Jason Hall), Jessica (Chris Lemaire), Chelsea (Scott Hamilton) and Zachary Llewellyn; his siblings, Phyllis Ann Manous and Rick Neal Hazelwood; and his niece Jenny. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
Family and friends attending services will be required to wear face mask and observe social distancing.
