He is survived by: his daughter Tressa Amburgey Cash; his grandsons, Lee Christopher Cash (Jessica), Jesse Daniel Cash (Melissa Snelling) and William Blake Cash; his great grandchildren, Samual Lee, Matthew Christopher and Daniel Jon Cash; his niece Sandra Kay Horn; his great-nephews, James Robert and William David Horn; his great-niece Lucinda Ann Windham; his niece Lorna Zobenica; his great-nephew James E. Burrier; and his niece Susie Keczan (Family).
